What I bring is thirty-plus years with digital video and an art-school eye — I studied this stuff back when rendering a title took all night. What's new is that AI handed every creative person a camera department, and almost nobody handed them the craft that goes with it. That's the part I teach: shot grammar, continuity across generations, picking the right model for the job, and not lighting your budget on fire. You bring the imagination. That part was never the problem.

For taking one project from idea to finished. Plan it, shoot it, cut it — three sittings, same two people, and the project actually gets done. Saves you thirty bucks, too.

Why these numbers: working DP and creative consults run a few hundred an hour; coaching runs less. I've priced at the honest middle while the testimonial wall is still empty — when it fills up, the rate grows up. Getting in early is allowed to be a deal.
